Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

1. Turn left 90 degrees, right downward palm block in right tiger stance.
2. Right front kick, left out-to-in middle block in original right tiger stance.
3. Turn right 180 degrees, left downward palm block in left tiger stance.
4. Left front kick, right out-to-in middle block in original left tiger stance.
5. Turn left 90 degrees, left double knife hand low block in right back stance.
6. Step forward, right double knife hand low block in left back stance.
7. Turn left 90 degrees, right augmented middle palm block followed by right augmented backfist strike in right tiger stance.
8. Turn right 180 degrees, left augmented middle palm block followed by left augmented backfist strike in left tiger stance.
9. Move right foot, turn left 90 degrees, covered fist position (left hand covers right) in attention stance.
10. Step forward, simultaneous right down block and left out-to-in middle block followed by simultaneous left down block and right out-to-in middle block in left front stance.
11. Step forward, simultaneous left down block and right out-to-in middle block followed by simultaneous right down block and left out-to-in middle block in right front stance.
12. Turn left 270 degrees, double palm out middle block in left front stance.
13. Right knee target strike, double uppercut middle punch in right crossed foot stance. Move left foot, step back, right crossed arm low block in right front stance.
14. Turn right 180 degrees, double palm out middle block in right front stance.
15. Left knee target strike, double uppercut middle punch in left crossed foot stance. Move right foot, step back, left crossed arm low block in left front stance.
16. Move left foot, left horizontal backfist strike in right natural stance.
17. Right out-to-in target crescent kick, right target elbow strike in horseback stance.
18. Move left foot, right horizontal backfist strike in right natural stance.
19. Left out-to-in target crescent kick, left target elbow strike in horseback stance.
20. Left single knife hand middle block without changing horseback stance.
21. Step forward, right side middle punch in horseback stance. YELL! (Ki-Hap)

Pivoting on right foot, turn left 180 degrees

Symbol
Kahn (Mountain) North West, Youngest son. Mountains will always look majestic, no matter the size. The symbol Kahn means a mountain. A mountain is the spirit of firmness and strength. At this level the practitioner's resolution for training Taekwondo starts firmly rooting in the heart. The meaning of self-improvement through Taekwondo becomes deeper daily. Therefore, it is recommended to reexamine all of the learned skills so that the base for progress is strongly secured. You may experience some difficulties and obstacles mentally and physically. Effort is required to get through this stage.
Movement
This TaeGuk should be performed with the feeling that all movements are majestic and deserve to be praised.
Techniques
New techniques are low double knife hand block, palm press block, scissors block, knee strike, middle section opening block, cross hand block, side punch, cat stance and horseriding stance. Powerful and articulate execution is required in single movements and smooth transitions in combination techniques.
