Ready Position (Joon-Bee)
1. Turn left 90 degrees, left low block in left front stance.
2. Moving left foot, left downward hammer fist strike in left-hand
stance.
3. Step forward, right body punch in right front stance.
4. Turn right 180 degrees, right low block in right front stance.
5. Moving right foot, right downward hammer fist strike in right-hand
stance.
6. Step forward, left body-punch in left front stance.
7. Turn left 90 degrees, left double knife-hand body block in right
back stance.
8. Step forward, left push-down palm block, right augmented spear hand
to the solarplexus (left knife-hand under right elbow, palm down) in right
front stance.
9. Pivot on balls of feet left 180 degrees, right hand wrist-twist
to escape grab (back of right hand to lower back), turn 180 degrees left,
left outward backfist face strike in right back stance.
10. Step forward, right body punch in right front stance. YELL!
(Ki-Hap)
11. Turn left 270 degrees, left palm-down neck strike in right back
stance.
12. Moving left foot slightly forward, left hand escapes grab and moves
toward right shoulder.
13. Moving left foot into horseback stance, left palm-up elbow strike.
14. Moving left foot into left front stance, left outside body block.
15. Stationary right body punch, maintaining left front stance.
16. Look right 180 degrees, moving left foot into horseback stance,
move right hand to left side.
17. Bringing left foot to touch right foot, then, moving right foot
to the right, right palm-down neck strike in left back stance.
18. Moving right foot slightly forward, right escapes grab and moves
toward left shoulder.
19. Moving right foot into horseback stance, right palm-up elbow strike.
20. Moving right foot into right front stance, right outside body block.
21. Stationary left body punch, maintaining right front stance.
22. Moving right foot into horseback stance, move left hand to right
side (look straight ahead).
23. Turn left 90 degrees, moving right foot to left foot, raise left
foot to form right crane stance.
24. Left side kick, right elbow target strike (back of right fist points
up) in left front stance.
25. Look right 180 degrees, moving left foot into horseback stance,
move right hand to left side.
26. Moving left foot to right foot, raise right foot to form left crane
stance.
27. Right side kick, left elbow target strike (back of left fist points
up) in right front stance.
28. Moving left foot, turn left 180 degrees, double palm-down body
block, double uppercut to body in left front stance.
29. Step forward, double palm-down body block, double uppercut to body
in right front stance.
30. Step forward, left inside knife-hand outside body block (palm-in)
in right back stance.
31. Moving right foot, turn right 180 degrees, right elbow strike to
the rear (with palm open and up) in horseback stance.
32. Moving left foot, turn left 90 degrees, palms down covering abdomen
(left hand over right hand) in attention stance.
33. Moving left foot into horseback stance, double elbows out to escape
rear-grab.
34. Slide right, left punch to rear over right shoulder in horseback
stance.
35. Lifting left foot, slide left, right punch to rear over left shoulder
in horseback stance. YELL! (Ki-Hap)
