Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

1. Turn left 90 degrees. diamond block in right back stance.
2. Stationary right pulling uppercut (left fist to right bicep), maintaining right back stance.
3. Moving left foot into joon-bee stance, left palm-down neck strike to the left.
4. Look right 180 degrees, bringing left foot to touch right foot, then moving right foot to the right, diamond block in left back stance.
5. Stationary left pulling uppercut (right fist to left bicep), maintaining left back stance.
6. Moving right foot into joon-bee stance, right palm-down neck strike to the right.
7. Look left 90 degrees, bringing right foot to touch left foot, moving left foot forward, left double knifehand body block in right back stance.
8. Right front kick to the face, left push-down palm block, right augmented spear hand to the solar plexus (left knife-hand under right elbow, palm down) in right front stance.
9. Pivot on balls of feet left 180 degrees, right wrist-twist to escape grab (back of right hand to lower back),  turn left 180 degrees, left hammer strike to the temple in left front stance.
10. Step forward, right body punch in right front stance. YELL! (Ki-Hap)
11. Turn left 270 degrees, diamond block in right back stance.
12. Stationary right pulling uppercut (left fist to right bicep), maintaining right back stance.
13. Moving left foot. left palm-down neck strike to the left in joon-bee stance.
14. Look right 180 degrees, bringing left foot to touch right foot. then moving right foot to the right, diamond block in left back stance.
15. Stationary left pulling uppercut (right fist to left bicep), maintaining left back stance.
16. Moving right foot, right palm-down neck strike to the right in joon-bee stance.
17. Turn left 90 degrees (right foot touches left foot), moving left foot, left double knife-hand body block in right back stance.
18. Right front kick to the face, left push-down palm block, right augmented spear hand to the solarplexus (left knife-hand under right elbow, palm down) in right front stance.
19. Pivot on balls of feet left 180 degrees, right wrist-twist to escape grab (right hand to neck), turn 180 degrees left, left hammer strike to the temple in left front stance.
20. Step forward, right body punch in right front stance. YELL! (Ki-Hap)
21. Turn left 270 degrees, left low block in horseback stance (look left).
22. Moving left foot into left front stance, right body punch.
23. Moving left foot, turn right 90 degrees into joon-bee stance. Stepping with right foot, turn right 90 degrees, right low block in horseback stance (look right).
24. Moving right foot into right front stance, left body punch.

Moving right foot, turn left 90 degrees, Return to Ready Position (Bah-Roh)
