Ready Position (Joon-Bee)
1. Turn 90 degrees counterclockwise, left middle forearm block in right
back stance
2. Move forward, right rising upper block in right front stance. Slowly
& exhaling
3. Remain in stance, left middle reverse punch
4. Turn 180 degrees clockwise (face E), right middle forearm block
in left back stance
5. Move forward, left rising upper block in left front stance. Slowly
& exhaling
6. Remain in stance, right middle reverse punch
7. Turn 90 degrees counterclockwise (face N), left low forearm block
in left front stance
8. Shift left foot, left rising knifehand block in right back stance
9. Move forward, right front kick, on landing twin knifehand low guarding
blocks in left back stance
10. Remain in stance, right outer forearm block
11. Move forward, left front kick, on landing twin knifehand low guarding
blocks in right back stance
12. Shift left foot, left rising upper block in left front stance.
Slowly
& exhaling
13. Move forward, simultaneously right rising upper block and left
high reverse punch in right front stance
14. Remain in stance, left inner forearm block followed by right inner
forearm block
15. Pivot on left foot, step backwards with right foot, left low knifehand
down block (right fist is chambered) in right back stance
16. Move forward, right front kick, drop kicking leg behind and fall
into left front stance with right high reverse punch followed by left high
punch
17. Pivot on right foot 180 degrees counterclockwise (face W), Bring
both fists over head, elbows bent, and fists almost touching one another,
forearms should face outward (this is almost like a twin rising upper block
-- sometimes referred to as a "bull block") in horse stance (chest facing
W)
18. Remain in stance, left low forearm block (blocking in direction
of S), left fist should be over the left knee
19. Remain in stance, right outer knifehand block (left fist chambered)
(blocking in direction of N?)
20. Remain in stance, left circular punch (into palm of right hand)
21. Shift weight onto left foot and raise right foot, right low forearm
block in left crane stance
22. Chamber both fists to the left hip, right side kick, drop the kicking
leg beside the fixed leg
23. Immediately raise the left foot, right low forearm block in right
crane stance
24. Chamber both fists to the right hip, left side kick, drop the kicking
leg into left front stance with right high reverse punch
25. Move forward, right middle punch in right front stance. Yell!
(Ki-Hap)
26. Turn 270 degrees counterclockwise (face W), twin knifehand low
guarding blocks in right back stance
27. Move forward, twin knifehand middle guarding blocks in left back
stance
28. Turn 180 degrees clockwise (face E), twin knifehand low guarding
blocks in left back stance
29. Move forward, twin knifehand middle guarding blocks in right back
stance
Pivot on right foot, turn 180 degrees counterclockwise, pull left foot to meet the right
Return to Ready Position (Bah-Roh)
