Ready Position (Joon-Bee)

1. Turn 90 degrees counterclockwise (face W), twin lower forearm/knifehand block in right back stance
2. Move forward, right front kick then right middle punch whilst landing in right front stance
3. Left middle reverse punch
4. Turn 180 degrees clockwise (face E), twin lower forearm/knifehand block in left back stance
5. Move forward, left front kick then left middle punch whilst landing in left front stance
6. Remain in stance, right middle reverse punch
7. Turn 90 degrees counterclockwise (face N), at the same time execute a left rising knifehand block and right inward knifehand strick (to the head) in left front stance
8. Arc the right hand in front of the body, then right outside palm pushing block
9. Move forward, left middle reverse punch in right front stance
10. Arc the left hand in front of the body, then left outside palm pushing block
11. Move forward, right middle reverse punch in left front stance
12. Arc the right hand in front of the body, then right outside palm pushing block
13. Move forward, left middle reverse punch in right front stance. Yell! (Ki-Hap)
14. Turn 270 degrees counterclockwise (face E), twin forearm block (i.e. arm corresponding to the back leg does a rising upper block, while the arm corresponding to the front leg does a outward middle forearm block) in right back stance
15. Remain in stance, right uppercut punch (left fist is pulled to the right shoulder)
16. Shift left foot, left side punch in horse stance (chest facing S)
17. Lift left foot, chamber both fists to right hip in right crane stance
18. Left high side kick
19. Right elbow strike into left palm in left front stance
20. Withdraw the left foot into the right foot, then step out with the right foot toward W
21. Turn 180 degrees clockwise (face W), twin forearm block (as above) in left back stance
22. Remain in stance, left uppercut punch (right fist is pulled to the left shoulder)
23. Shift right foot, right side punch in horse stance (chest facing S)
24. Lift right foot, chamber both fists to left hip in left crane stance
25. Right high side kick
26. Left elbow strike into right palm in right front stance
27. Withdraw the right foot into the left foot, then step out with the left foot toward N
28. Turn 90 degrees counterclockwise (face S), dual knifehand block ("sudo") in right back stance
29. Move forward, right middle spearhand thrust in right front stance
30. Folding and tucking the arms, pivot on the right foot
31. Turn 360 degrees counterclockwise, left high backhand strike (deung-joomeok) in left front stance
32. Move forward, right middle punch in right front stance. Yell! (Ki-Hap)
33. Turn 270 degrees counterclockwise (face W), scissored forearm blocks (left is low, right is up) in left front stance
34. Move forward, right front kick then right middle punch whilst landing in right front stance
35. Remain in stance, left middle reverse punch
36. Turn 180 degrees clockwise (face E), scissored forearm blocks (right is low, left is up) in right front stance
37. Move forward, left front kick then left middle punch whilst landing in left front stance
38. Remain in stance, right middle reverse punch

Pivot on right foot, turn 90 degrees counterclockwise, pull left foot to meet the right

Return to Ready Position (Bah-Roh)
