Ting Sports a Fresh Bruise

It is Spring Break, so we only have Open Workout.
There were not too many people at workout. Garth was in a goofy mood and
posed with a shin guard on his head (he might yet launch a new fad, although
I think that hole at the top might be a show-stopper). Charles was breakdancing,
which, last I heard, was not a requirement for passing the promotional test.
James and Rob were there practicing for their upcoming Hankdio 4th dan test.
I could not do a heck of a lot as I injured my knee recently (thus the
large bruise on my knee). This picture does not do the bruise justice
- it's much blacker and bluer than the picture shows and hurts like a #$%^&*@!
